Hello! I'm a qualified counsellor with a wealth of knowledge in various types of modalities and techniques. My experience includes general individual therapy with a focus on social anxiety, identity development, coaching and relationships. I offer a compassionate, empathetic and safe space for you to achieve your goals and improve your mental health and wellbeing.

Online Counselling
Closer to the traditional therapy session style, Zoom sessions allow the client to engage in counselling from the comfort of home. After an intake form is approved, these sessions can be booked via the online booking system.

Café Counselling
Café coaching offers a unique opportunity for clients to engage in helpful conversations in the familiar surroundings and buzz of a café. It provides a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere where clients can discuss their difficulties over a hot drink with the background sounds of talking and connection.

Walk 'N Talk Therapy
Nature has long been connected to mental and physical health. This approach occurs outdoors, creating a more authentic and open environment than traditional therapy. Fresh air and movement can often be a catalyst for clarity and calm. Sessions take place at walking tracks local to South Morang, Diamond Creek, or Doreen.
